Kaito needs more athority

I belive that Kaito needs more athority, such as rankups
if that means that he need to be general or ccl then i nominate him
here are 3 damn good reasons to do so
1. he is playing often, therefor he sees who is doing good and getting better and whatnot.
2. He is allready a leader, he takes control of things if they get out of hand.
3. He allready does most of the training, back to the he is on often and sees who is following rules and whatnot


This has nothing to do with weather you like kaito or not its about the clan.

I think he's got great authority and co-clan leader skills. I vote: YES! Kaito is very responsible and dedicated.

yes cause he sees both sides of the story when there is an altercation between two members and he runs good training often so yar.
